We then present a proposal to each prospective customer as a look at how the property can be positioned-or repositioned-for upside potential to enhance the property's value in the eyes of a prospective buyer.

Our marketing campaign is then tailored to fit the client's specific objectives, ranging from a discreet offering of the property to certain high probability buyers to providing exposure to the greatest number of potential buyers through extensive marketing campaigns. Local, regional, and national advertising is augmented by direct mail programs that reach carefully targeted audiences.
